Sure, they are good animes (so I've heard, I've only watched Bleach so far) but still, that many episodes!? that's probably put off people from watching it, and the anime is probably just going in circles because it is so long... Bleach even has 3 series that don't even have to be there, but are to allow the creator to write more material.
OK, rant is sort of over, though it wasn't really a rant to begin with...

The animation is from Bleach, when Orihime, one of the characters, gets 'hit' by a car and her shopping goes everywhere, she picks up one of the spilled leeks and spins it. Well, I'm kinda getting obsessed with the song, for some reason XD. But listen to it!!! How can you not love it???
